Concept Store Interior Design and Outside Building designed at Métis Agency GZ in 2012.
Design is the properties of Métis Agency.
The concept is based on the key word ‘’Forest’’ because all of their products come from this material, the Wood. We use this reference to give them a greener image.
For their outside building of Xingjiang , we use the idea of the leafs of tree to create a perforation pattern than we can play with different rhythm with the leaf perforation bended, a series of laser-cut or sheets of metal with perforated sections with color powder-coated. This create a nice natural effect of wind on the leaf by catching light and create a shadows. Also like that you let the light pass inside the building.
For their shop that you can find in malls, they give us a layout with 155 square meters with only access on one side. We create an access door like gate on the side and a big window display beside. All around the room, you can find different model room of their different collections separated by walls with dynamic tree shape including the communication and signage. In the middle a big stage display to show the new products. For the façade of the shop, we used the same concept of the perforation leaf with backlight.
